How to Delete Your MeetCounts Account

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data including meet history, badges, achievements, and profile information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Deletion Methods

Method 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)

Step 1: Open the MeetCounts app on your device
Step 2: Go to Settings (tap the gear icon at the top right)
Step 3: Scroll down to the Account section
Step 4: Tap "Delete Account"
Step 5: Read the warning message carefully
Step 6: Type DELETE to confirm
Step 7: Tap "Confirm Deletion"

Processing time: Your account will be deleted immediately, and all data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Step 1: Send an email to meetcounts+deletion@gmail.com
Step 2: Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Step 3: Include the following information:
Step 4: We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted
